Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the website at wilmingtonthermofix.com, operated by Wilmington Water Heat, 20 Germay Dr, Wilmington, DE 19804.
Information this website collects
This is a static informational website. It does not host contact forms, accounts, logins, newsletters or online payments, and it does not ask visitors to submit personal information through the site.
As with most websites, the hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when a page is requested, such as the IP address making the request, the browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. This information is generated by the act of visiting any website and is used for security and for keeping the site running correctly.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
Contacting us by phone
The only contact method offered on this site is our telephone number. If you call, we will hear whatever information you choose to give us — typically your name, your address or service location, and a description of the problem with your water heater. That information is used to arrange and carry out the work you are asking about.
Your telephone provider and ours handle the call itself under their own terms and policies, which are outside our control.
How we use information you give us
Information you provide when arranging service is used to schedule the visit, carry out the work, and follow up on that work where necessary. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing purposes.
We may share information where it is necessary to complete the work you have asked for, or where we are required to do so by law.
How long information is kept
Records relating to work carried out are kept for as long as needed for business and legal purposes, and are then disposed of.
Links to other websites
If this site links to a website operated by someone else, we are not responsible for that site's content or privacy practices. This policy applies only to wilmingtonthermofix.com.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging home services and is not directed at children.
Your choices
Because this site does not collect personal information through forms or accounts, there is generally nothing held from your visit to the website itself. If you have contacted us by phone and want to know what we hold about a service call, or want it corrected or removed, call us on (302) 603-9708 and we will deal with it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
